How Do We Start

Let’s talk through the process

Once a parent decides that Bright Beginnings is the school for their child(ren) they pay a $50, one time, registration fee. We then provide a registration packet for the parent to take home and complete. This packet includes important information required by the state that Bright Beginnings will need to keep on file. For example:

  • Identification and Emergency Information that lets us know who can pick up your child

  • A Health History listing any allergies they may have or other health concerns

  • A Physician’s Report that must be filled out and signed by the child’s doctor within 30 days of starting

Immunizations

Your child must be up to date on all of his/her immunizations which are as follows:

  • 3 Polio

  • 4 DTP

  • MMR & HIB

  • Hepatitis B series (3 shots)

  • Chicken Pox Vaccine

Orientation

The next step is an orientation with our director Yvette Stephens. At this time, she will go over all of the policies and procedures of the school, what the state of California requires, as well as your fee schedule. This is a key time for you to ask any questions or state any concerns that you may have regarding your child and/or Bright Beginnings.
