POLICIES & PROCEDURES If
a parent wishes to enroll their child in our school,
a registration
packet will be provided to the parent. There is important
information the school will need to keep on
file in case of an emergency.
Included is a Physician’s Report in the registration
packet that must be filled out and signed by the child’s
doctor within 30 days of starting. Also, your child must
be up to date on all his/her immunizations which are as follows:
· 3 Polio
· 4 DTP
·
MMR & HIB on or after their 1st birthday
· Hepititas B series (3 shots)
· Chicken Pox Vaccine
A child will not be allowed to enroll until proof of all
immunizations is provided to the school.
The next step is an orientation with our director, Kelli
Austin. This is a time when she will go over all of the policies
and procedures of the school, as well as your fee schedule.
This is a key time for you to ask any questions or state
any concerns that you may have regarding your child and/or
the school. Please bring your registration packet with you
to orientation to ensure that everything is complete.
